This Duluth home underwent a full transformation to correct unfinished work left behind by the original owners and to enhance both functionality and style. In the bathroom, we resolved plumbing issues and installed a stunning freestanding tub to complete the space. The oddly shaped, deteriorating deck was fully rebuilt after addressing grading challenges in the backyard, where we installed French drains to divert water and prevent future damage. Inside, the basement was completely finished, including the addition of a full HVAC system and removal of the outdated drop ceiling to improve airflow and comfort. The result is a refreshed, highly functional home that blends modern updates with long-term durability.
